Appointment registration tool

The online registration tool will be at the disposition of HEI participating in the recrutiment event to be held in South Korea, from 27th September to 2nd October, 2013.

Participants who successfully applied will then be able to upload their institution´s profile on the dedicated PromoDoc online registration tool.

After registering, participants will receive an automatic email with a login and password to log on and edit their institutions' profiles.

South Korean students who can register from September 2013 onwards will have access to the institutions' profiles via this online tool and thus the possibility to get in contact with the institution´s representatives.

Via the same tool, institutions will also have an access to the students' profiles and will be able to make appointments with them once they have registered from September 2013 onwards. The PromoDoc team will inform the institutions by email when the students have started registering.
